Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited Meter Reader Mr. Rasheedullah informed me around 6.00 p.m. today the 24th June, 2019 when I was going to mosque for Asr prayers and he was taking reading of our meter No. GN2276948 (Account ID No.3798390001) installed at my House No.605, Street No.8, Sector F-8, Phase-6, Hayatabad, Peshawar that the meter was not functioning and he asked me to replace the meter. However, after saying my prayers when I switched on the stove in our kitchen and checked the meter, it was perfectly functioning. I searched for the Meter Reader to inform him but could not trace him.
2. In order to double check that the meter was perfectly functioning when the stove is on and gas is consumed, I checked the bills of previous three months. The last reading taken by the meter reader for the month of February, 2019 was 09338000 and the reading taken for the month of March, 2019 was 09355000. Thus there was a difference of 17000 and the meter was very much functioning. The last reading taken by the meter reader for the month of March, 2019 was 09355000 and the meter reading for the month of April was 09362000 thereby meaning that there was a difference of 7000 and the meter was very much functioning. Then the last reading for the month of April, 2019 was 09362000 and that for the month of May, 2019 was 09370000 thereby showing a difference of 8000 and again confirms that the meter was perfectly functioning.
3. The last reading taken for the month of May, 2019 was 09370000 and the reading that I noted around 6.15 p.m. on 24.6.2019 was 09379880 showing a difference of 9880. Mr. Rasheedullah, the Meter Reader observed the meter when no stove was burning a
