Reason for Visit: Review: Dear sir
I ve constructed 5 marlas house No 382 in street 3 sector F9 phase 6 Hayat abad Peshawar in 2004.
Gas connection was provided after fulfilling all the codal formalities.
Some 3-4 years later a contractor constructed House no 383 adjacent to my house and managed to get connection from my connection without my consent and notice. Meter was installed to that house as well.
During last 2-3 years in winter my gas supply is totally blocked. I inquired from other neighborours in the street, they said that they observe decrease in pressure but there is no load shedding of gas supply in their houses. I have brought this fact in to the notice of meter reader and verbally in the office in Phase 5 at Hayat Abad but in vain.
The officials in that office told me that it is the responsibility of the complainant to deposit
Rs 1500/-requesting for separate connection.
I am requesting on the grounds that the original connection was given to me and the contractor of house no 383(owner)instead of getting connection of his own managed to get connection from my connection.
The residents are perhaps using some devices in winter that sucks the whole of gas and I have no remedy than requesting for disconnecting the supply from my connection to house no 383
Kindly direct the concerned officer in Peshawar to do the needful and provide me remedy from suffering device based load shedding of gas
